The South Beach Property Owners Association (SBPOA) is dedicated to improving the lives and the well being of its residents by fostering neighbourhood pride and representing their concerns to government and the local community at large.

SBPOA wants to develop a safe, quiet, and beautiful environment for its residents where they can live, play and work in a vacation-like setting.
Our Goal
To help foster the growth of South Beach into a modern environmentally-friendly cottage neighbourhood that values outdoor activities, pedestrian walkways, and encourages local input from its residents.
Membership
Membership is open to residents of South Beach and household members who are 18 years of age or older. Each household with paid membership will be allowed one vote. Membership dues are $10 and run from July 1 to June 30th and can be paid at the AGM.
